Only Players Aged 21 and Above May Use phhalik
Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations require that all real-money online gaming activity be restricted to adults aged 21 years and above. phhalik enforces this requirement without exception at every level of our platform — from account registration to first withdrawal processing.
During registration, every new phhalik player must confirm their date of birth. Before a first withdrawal is processed, government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) must be submitted and verified. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age is immediately suspended and all funds returned, as applicable.

We also encourage households with minors to activate parental control software on shared devices to prevent unauthorized access to gaming platforms, including phhalik. Parental control applications are available for both Android and iOS devices used across the Philippines.

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your phhalik account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the limit period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising a limit has a 7-day cooling period before the increase applies.
Set a maximum session length and phhalik will alert you when you've been playing for your chosen duration. Available intervals: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours. A clear on-screen notification prompts you to take a break when your session time is up.
Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the loss limit is reached, your account will be automatically restricted from further real-money play for the remainder of that period, regardless of available balance.
Take a planned break from phhalik with a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended from all real-money gaming. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
If you feel you need a longer or permanent break, phhalik offers self-exclusion periods from 6 months to permanent closure. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends. All pending withdrawals are processed; remaining balance is returned.
Enable a persistent on-screen overlay that shows your net gaming result and total time played during your current session. Available at all times during gameplay — a simple, honest reminder of where you stand financially in real time.

Access your phhalik account via the phhalik Login page. You will need your registered username and password.
Navigate to your account settings menu. Select "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown. This section contains all player protection tools.
Choose your desired exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent. Read the confirmation information carefully.
Enter your account password to confirm. Self-exclusion is applied to your account immediately upon confirmation. No further steps are required.
If you have a remaining balance, phhalik will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method (GCash, BDO, BPI, etc.) within 3 business days of self-exclusion activation.
