1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phhalik ("phhalik," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phhalik.one (the "Platform"). You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds and account restrictions. KYC documents must be submitted before processing of any withdrawal.

3.Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhalik login credentials. You agree to:

• Never share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party;

• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you;
• Not allow any other person to use your account, including family members.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phhalik accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment methods available for withdrawal must match or be consistent with the payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

phhalik may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or derived winnings can be withdrawn;

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per shared payment instrument.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhalik Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with Platform games or systems;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Conducting any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening phhalik staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

phhalik reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with forfeiture of all balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals where legally permitted.

7.Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games offered on the phhalik Platform — including slot games, live dealer games, bingo, and fishing games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical randomization tools, audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game rules, payout percentages (RTP), and side bet odds for each game are accessible within the respective game's information panel.

Nothing in these Terms limits phhalik's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.Amendments to These Terms

phhalik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, unless earlier application is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
